Session Info

On the day of the shoot I will come to your home or a location of your choice. Together we'll go over ideas and find the best positions for light and background. Then we'll get to work making sure we include all the key shots you had planned before we have some fun with plenty of spontaneous moments. I can bring my portable studio if you would also like some studio-style shots. It's very important to me to present you with a variety of styles to look at when you view your gallery and that your images are different, bespoke and not like lots of photos you've seen before.

The shoot takes about 2 hours or so, but I only book one session a day, so there's no rush, we can take all the time we need . I like to take time to put you at ease and let your children get to know me, they usually like to help unpack my bag! If you are all enjoying the session and feeling relaxed I can make sure we produce beautiful, natural portraits.

People usually ask what they should wear and the most important answer is that you are comfortable in whatever you choose. Large logos can be a distraction in portraits so try to avoid these, if possible. For group shots, some people like to co-ordinate their look but I'll leave that up to you and the beauty of being at your home is that you can change for a different style, if you like. Children always look lovely, so as long as they like their outfit, the photos will be gorgeous!

Prices

The session fee is from £195.

This includes my time at the shoot and to creatively edit your images and a free 10 x 8 print, chosen by you. I will provide an online, password protected gallery within two weeks, from which you may purchase additional prints (from £6.50), canvases (from £70), acrylic art  (from £155), acrylic tiles (from £30) and framed prints (from £45). 

Photoshoot Parties are very popular and great fun. I can also arrange a hairstylist and make-up artist for an extra treat. Prices start at £240 for up to a maximum 8 of people, which includes a print for each guest. Have a look at the party gallery for more details.
